it out of the bottle. Or you can measure out a tablespoon and swallow
that. Do this about 2-3 minutes BEFORE you begin eating.
By doing this, you pre-digest foods before they hit the stomach
and you more efficiently break them down to the point that your body can
more effectively use them as energy. Use it with at least 2 meals a day....

sweetness in sodas. Just give it a try. What do you have to lose, except
