Mostly people take the help of dieting or starving to lose some weight. Though dieting can be helpful for losing weight but

it is not an effective way because it can damage your immunity system, weakens your health and gives you some awful

effects. So you must avoid dieting because it will not help to lose weight, it only reduces your stamina. You need to

exercise regularly along with having nutritious diet daily. Here are some very effective ways to lose weight without

cutting down your favorite food:-
1- You need to drink plenty of water daily, it will help you to clean your internal body system. So make it a habit to

drink at least 1-2 glass of water after waking up in morning.
2- You should not skip breakfast, it is the most important meal of day. This is a proven fact that people who do not

eat breakfast are fat in comparison of those people who eat breakfast regularly. So you must eat breakfast daily.
3- One more helpful way is to exercise daily. You can join a gym or you can work out even at your home as well. You

can do whatever the exercise you love doing like cardio, dancing, aerobics and yoga. But keep yourself active to burn your

calories.
4- You should add some beneficial things in your diet like honey, apple, orange, grapes and watermelon or fruits which

contain most percent of water in them.

only make you fat but ruins your health too.
6- You must reduce the heavy and oily foods from your diet. You need to eat healthy and light food instead of that.
7- You must walk daily to burn out some extra calories. Make it regular plan to walk 30 minutes everyday. Take out

some time from your busy schedule in evening or in morning whichever times suit you.
8- Add some dairy products in your diet like low fat cheese, skimmed or toned milk, butter and yogurt. These products

are useful for reducing fat cells.
9- You should eat an apple daily because it is a very effective means of improving metabolism and digestion. Apple

also helps you to control the blood sugar levels in the body so that weight can be cut down naturally.
10- You should start your meal from salad as it helps you feel full and satisfied and also help you to eat less.
